We are a friendly, family-based practice offering high quality, evidence-based dietetics, nutritional therapy, naturopathy, yoga, and massage.
Our specialties
We have a full herbal dispensary and can tailor make natural medicines specific to your unique needs. Besides nutritional therapy and herbal medicine we also utilise other natural modalities including iridology, and therapies such as bush flower essence therapy and homeopathy, where indicated.
We operate from a Non-Diet, Body Acceptance, Health at Every Size® philosophy which values people for who they are and prioritises a focus on WELLBEING rather than WEIGHT.

In your first consultation, the presenting complaint – chronic sinus infection, premenstrual syndrome or weight concern – is usually dealt with first. You will be asked questions about when the condition began and what triggers the symptoms.
The health practitioner you choose may check your tongue or irises to gather further information. You will be asked about your diet. Be honest; don’t tell them what you think they want to hear! There is no judgement here.
Your naturopath will cover all bodily systems, from your respiratory tract and musculoskeletal system to bowel health. All our practitioners will ask about your health history, including operations, hospitalisations and a review of your family health history. They will consider your energy levels, quality of sleep and emotional wellbeing. Some of these questions are covered in the pre-consult intake form we ask all clients to fill out before coming to the first consultation.
At the end of the consultation you will be provided with tailor-made directions to follow regarding diet, lifestyle suggestions and herbal or other medicine. It will be made clear why the recommendations have been made and how soon they should start working.
Your health practitioner will be keen to know of your progress between consultations and request updates by email or phone, and may recommend a follow-up consultation/s to ensure you continue moving towards your health goals.
Our team would be more than happy to have a chat with you before making an appointment. You can claim part of the consultation cost on private health insurance. Medicare rebates are available with some conditions when working with our dietitian.
Health funds only cover highly qualified naturopaths or allied health practitioners.
